Mission statement

Top 10 is a coalition comprised of over 110 partners from multiple sectors and including health care providers, businesses, area non-profits, and academia, that works to decrease the burden of chronic disease by developing a culture of health in Central Indiana. The YMCA of Greater Indianapolis serves as the backbone organization for the Top 10 Coalition.

Actions

Actions are activities derived from the Plan 2020 planning process that a partner has committed to implement.

Strategy

Action

Complete a policy scan in each of the four focus areas – built environment, nutrition, physical activity, tobacco prevention and cessation – to determine a policy agenda, including support of policies that align with Top 10 partners’ advocacy efforts
