Mission statement
Reconnecting to Our Waterways, or ROW, is an initiative that exists to reclaim the benefits of Indianapolis’ waterways; to provide opportunities for physical, human, and economic development. It’s about helping neighbors strengthen waterways, and in turn, helping waterways strengthen neighborhoods.
