Mission statement
Big Car is a nonprofit arts organization and collective of artists that focuses on creative placemaking and socially engaged art. Our mission is to bring art to people and people to art, sparking creativity in lives to help communities thrive.

Actions are activities derived from the Plan 2020 planning process that a partner has committed to implement.
Big Car is working on the following actions:
Third Places
Strategy
Determine a manager of all neighborhood spaces to maintain list and engage neighborhoods to activate their spaces.
Action
Set aside grant funds for the purposes of developing a 3rd Places fund that grants neighborhoods oversight and management of their own places
