A partner is an organization with a county-wide mission or focus that has signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee to carry out action steps identified in the Bicentennial Plan or to implement similar activities that directly support implementation of Bicentennial Plan strategies.
