    February 13, 2017: Through the Indy Partnership, there is regional staffing. The Indy Chamber is working with other partners in organizing industry based round tables on a geographic basis. There will be 4 geographic bases and 2 industries per round table. The first round table was October of 2016. The goal is 1 per quarter. Currently, efforts towards expanding the responsibilities of the staff is in progress. The Indy Partnership is expanding into the Business Retention Efforts (BRE). The next step will be bringing on additional staff.

    Leverage the purchasing power and professional services needs of Indianapolis' anchor institutions in support of business growth and startups and innovation.

    Create a system for identifying local goods and services that meet anchor institution purchasing needs, and provide the technical assistance and access to capital to support local supply chains and specialized industry clusters that can meet anchor purchasing needs. More details
